At omaha poker high tables, an indicator called the dealer "button" is located in front of the player who is dealing if a house dealer were not there. The button is rotated one place clockwise after every game and the card allocation and betting begins to the left of that position.
All players are dealt four cards face down. Then, a total of five community cards are dealt face up in the middle of the table in three betting parts (3-1-1). Subsequent to all the cards are dealt the players create the top hand that they can by sharing any two of their two hole cards with any three of the five community cards.
A player having a jack and an eight would finish up with the top probable full house, jacks over eights. Though, this best hand can be beaten if one more player is having the best cards of six and seven of hearts that would create an eight high straight flush.
