In any kind of poker, be it lowball poker or anything else even the most genius and seasoned player will be playing capricious, irritable or in some cases with a high blow of ego. When players are under the influence of such brain thoughts it is the right time you can explore or exploit their wrong beats.

In lowball poker like in any other poker game the decision to act is in most cases spontaneous and it is not a pre-planned one. There are very few hands in lowball poker that can be worked out with an exact pre-planned tactic. So, in any lowball poker players are making a borderline decision about whether they should call or raise or go aggressive and sorts.  In many cases of lowball poker if the decision of a bet or raise is not the one that causes the predictable outcomes, it means that the winning is not directly connected and also the table has a high opponent quality and one will have to go beyond normal to get facts straight and winning.

In cases of lowball poker where the player has been in to high games most of the time, it is possible for someone to forget the instructions and get to rambling round the playing.  If you do not have enough information to make the decision reliably in lowball poker the next thing that you should do is to get more information.  If you should get more information in poker obviously you are supposed to bet some identifier bets.  Usually when you need more information in lowball poker you will have to bet more.

The idea behind betting more is to figure out if the player is strong in himself.  If they are strong they usually call the bet, in some cases they are likely to raise.  The one that raises can possibly doing so with a good hand or they can do it as a way of bluffing; in lowball poker if you realize that odds are in your favor and you still doubt the motive behind the raise of the opponent, then you will have to consider a re-raising and in cases where you are sure that you will win you can go all in. If the opponent is really strong they will go all in too or they will fold!  Bet is the ultimate pressure that can identify the best and the worse players.
